The Team Alliance Soccer Club ("TASC") is a non-profit (501-C) organization.
Under the guidance and leadership of J. C. Woodall, the league was established during the 1995/1996 season with only one team. During its short history, TASC has experienced dramatic growth and expansion and now has 14 teams representing close to 200 young players who live in Forsyth, Davie, Davidson, Iredell, Yadkinville, Wilkes, Watauga and surrounding counties. The league is currently based out of Clemmons, NC and is managed by an elected Board of Directors who volunteer their time for club duties.
The league is a member of NCYSA (North Carolina Youth Soccer Association) and abides by the rules of NCYSA. TASC is also affiliated with the USYSA (United States Youth Soccer Association), the USSF (United States Soccer Federation), and FIFA (Federation of International Football Associations).
TASC is the proud sponsor of the highly successful "Beat the Heat" Tournament that has drawn over 100 teams throughout the southeast and 2,200 players to Winston-Salem, NC.
TASC prides itself in working closely with the community to improve the opportunity for youth soccer involvement. We have partnered with a number of local school Parent Teacher Associations (PTA's) with the support of the school system and local principals. In recent years, the club has invested more than $30,000 in field development at Meadowlark and Clemmons Middle schools. These fields will be maintained by TASC for use by our club teams.
Our current budget development process and strong growth projections ensure that we will continue to be a positive presence in the TRIAD area youth soccer program. We are encouraged by the recent enthusiasm expressed by local business to also invest in the future of your kids as they partner in our growth process.
